Mr. Dellario contributes over 25 years of diversified engineering and business management experience to the PosiCharge team. He has a proven track record of leading successful engineered products businesses. Prior to joining PosiCharge, Mr. Dellario served as General Manager at HR Textron, where he led the company's Servocontrols, Fuel and Pneumatics divisions. Leading to his General Manager role at Textron, Mr. Dellario served in various capacities, including engineering, project management, and business development. Mr. Dellario holds a BSME from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Over a span of 22 years, Mr. Kim has built a successful track record in Sales, Marketing, International Business Development, and Corporate Strategic Planning. Prior to joining PosiCharge, Mr. Kim held various positions at Ryder Transportation and Logistics, Cessna Aircraft Company and Bombardier Aerospace. His upbringing abroad as well as several international assignments in the past bring valuable global perspective to the PosiCharge management team. Mr. Kim has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University (Montreal, Canada), and a Masters in Business Administration from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.
Sanjay
Mr. Murty brings over 17 years of operations and engineering experience to the PosiCharge team. Prior to joining PosiCharge, Mr. Murty was the Director of Operations at American Racing in California. He has also held various positions in manufacturing, supply chain and purchasing at Ford Motor Company and other automotive suppliers. He has managed assembly, fabrication, facility engineering, manufacturing, quality engineering and supply chain functions for various companies. Mr. Murty holds a BS in Engineering from the Birla Instititue of Technology (India) and an MS in Engineering from the University of Hawaii-Manoa.
Mr. Dickinson is responsible for the continued development of the PosiCharge system intelligence, hardware and software technology, and applications engineering. With over 11 years of direct experience in the testing and development of batteries, ultra-capacitors, fuel cells and electric vehicles, he is largely responsible for the successful commercialization of PosiCharge. Mr. Dickinson graduated from Texas A&M University with an MME during which time he was a graduate research assistant at the Center for Electrochemical Systems and Hydrogen Research. He also spent a number of years as a graduate research assistant at the University of California-Davis's Institute of Transportation Studies while working toward his PhD in Mechanical Engineering. His Thesis and dissertation topics focused on the testing, development, and control of advanced batteries and fuel cells for electric and hybrid vehicles.
Mr. Hayashigawa has worked with PosiCharge since the company's inception. He holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from California State University at Fullerton and has been involved in bringing innovative, engineered products and technologies to market for over 10 years. Prior to joining PosiCharge he was a business unit manager in charge of product, sales, marketing and business development in the flight simulation market. Prior experiences include positions as chief engineer and product engineer. Mr. Hayashigawa holds two flight simulation patents
William Conn brings over 18 years of experience in product development and system integration to the PosiCharge team and leads the engineering organization responsible for product design and development. Before joining the PosiCharge team, Mr. Conn was responsible for developing control systems for the APU division of Hamilton Sundstrand Aerospace, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in research and development, project engineering, and program management. Mr. Conn holds a BSEE from the University of California at San Diego.
Scott Junge manages the PosiCharge Service Department. He has over 15 years of successful management experience in finance, operations, sales, and service. Most recently Mr. Junge worked for Exide Technologies implementing service business strategies. In addition, he has held past positions of Controller and Operations Manager at HON Industries, HOLGA Division. Scott attended Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont and earned a BS degree in Accounting from City University in Bellevue, Washington. Mr. Junge is an active member of AFSMI (Association for Service Management International).
Lisa Horiuchi-Heiberg contributes over 15 years of product management, marketing strategy, business development and general management experience in the packaged goods, manufacturing, and technology industries. She has managed product lines from concept to launch and post-launch sales at Global 500 companies like Mattel, Inc. and Henkel KGaA, as well as mid-sized companies and technology startups. Ms. Horiuchi's broad range of experience in a variety of industries - including software, consumer products, insurance, and entertainment - gives her a diverse strategic perspective on varied business models. She oversees PosiCharge marketing and venture development strategies and holds a BA from the University of California Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
